Welcome to the New PollingPoint.com!
PALO ALTO, CA, November 01, 2006 - PollingPoint, the web's network of millions influencing public opinion, is launching a new homepage. The new PollingPoint.com will give PollingPoint users the opportunity to earn PollingPoints as a "thank you" for taking surveys as well as better control over their own user experience.
In the new PollingPoint.com, users will be able to register screennames with PollingPoint. These screennames enable PollingPoint users to:
- Earn PollingPoints for taking surveys
- Update e-mail and mailing addresses when a user moves or changes e-mail accounts
- Track what surveys the PollingPoint user has taken
- Be the first to use new features, such as message boards and discussion groups, as they come to PollingPoint.com
With PollingPoints, users will be able to redeem these points for gifts as a way for PollingPoint to say "Thank You for Participating!" Each time a user is invited to a PollingPoint survey, they will be given PollingPoints -- no matter how short or quick the survey is.
The new PollingPoint 'My Polls' page gives users a place where they can update their e-mail address if it changes. Also, if a PollingPoint member moves and wants to keep receiving PollingPoint's surveys specific to that member's community, there is a simple way to update that information as well.
