Who Can Enter
Anyone age 18 or older by October 1, 2006. Employees of Polimetrix, Inc., or its subsidiaries and members of their households or immediate families are not eligible to participate.
How to Enter
Each person who completes a October 2006 PollingPoint Poll receives an entry into the Sweepstakes. Each entrant is required to provide their full name, mailing address, and a working e-mail address. Only one entry per person is accepted. Duplicate registrations from the same e-mail address or entries bearing the same name and postal address will be eliminated.
If you are unable to complete a October 2006 PollingPoint Poll, but still wish to enter the sweepstakes, please send in a #10 first class envelope a 3x5 card with your hand printed full name, address, city, state and zip code to:

Sweepstakes Dates
The October 2006 PollingPoint Sweepstakes will begin on October 1, 2006. The prize drawing will be held based on number of sweepstakes entries through October 31, 2006.
Prizes
One Apple iPod Nano with a retail value of $199 will be awarded.
Prize Drawings
Winners will be selected at random by Polimetrix based on entries completed from October 1, 2006 through October 31, 2006. The prize drawing for the sweepstakes will be held on or around November 15, 2006.
Odds of Winning
Each entrant's odds of winning is dependent on the total number of entries received between October 1, 2006 and October 31, 2006.
Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by e-mail within 24 hours of the prize drawing. Winners will be required to respond to the notification within 10 calendar days, or the prize will be awarded to a replacement winner drawn at random. Polimetrix decisions about winners are final.
Limits of Liability
Polimetrix has no responsibility whatsoever for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind that result from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. Polimetrix assumes no liability for lost or misdirected entries or survey submissions whether due to technical or computer malfunctions or otherwise. Polimetrix assumes no liability for technical or computer malfunctions of any kind on either its systems or the systems of entrants. Polimetrix reserves the right to cancel the sweepstakes at any time if the integrity of the sweepstakes is compromised in any way.
Winner Responsibilities
Winners are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any tax liabilities incurred. Winners must submit an affidavit of eligibility and compliance with the Official Contest Rules.
Winner Publicity
If the winner consents, Polimetrix may wish to publish the first name, first letter of last name, and location (city/state) of winners, and any quotation that the winner is willing to provide on the PollingPoint website.
